Penedo Borges Chardonnay - 2007

Our Chardonnay is a varietal white wine made of Chardonnay grapes, using the traditional method of white wine production  (soft pressed and  immediately fermented without the juice coming in contact with the skins). The Chardonnay grapes from the  terroir Lujan de Cuyo, Mendoza, grow at an altitude of 1000 meters. Before being processed, they are harvested by hand in the

vineyard and selected in the cellar.
The result is a golden white wine, clear and transparent, with touches of white acid fruits, pineapple, apple and citrus fruits, rose hips and a base of honey. With a dry, fresh and soft mouthfeel, its taste is balanced, intense and persistent. A perfect wine for fish and seafood, prawns with mayonnaise, grilled vegetables and Asian cuisine.
