This wine is made of Malbec grapes from Alto Agrelo, Mendoza and is harvested by hand. Our Rose-Malbec was vinified by the traditional sangria method for rose wines, which results in a wine of a beautiful cherry color that is intense and vibrant with a dark hue like that of a claret. Fruity aromas of cherry and cassis and a touch of plum that is
characteristic of a Malbec distinguish it from
a French-style rose wine.
Fresh, balanced, with a soft, sweet touch, fruity, velvety and round in taste. Perfect with salmon, mild cheeses, some Asian specialties, cold soups, pumpkin or carrot stews and Mediterranean dishes such as ratatouille and caponata.
