A varietal wine made of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from Agrelo, in Luján de Cujo, vinified by the traditional method (fermentation and pellicular maceration, with periodical remounting). Fermentation took place in French oak barrels which results in a Cabernet Sauvignon with a strong personality and a brilliant, deep ruby red color, which after some time turns burgundy.
The taste includes notes of dark red fruits,
raspberries, blackberries and peppers with a smoky touch and a base of vanilla and roasted flavor. The wine possesses a velvety mouthfeel without roughness. Some of the meals that are suitable for accompanying this first-class Cabernet Sauvignon are grilled red meats, roasted meats and vegetables, raw ham, pasta with sauce à la putanseca, and mature cheeses.
